Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
When you place an order through our store, our team will dispatch it within 24–48 hours.
Please note that “dispatch” refers to your items leaving our suppliers’ warehouses and being handed over to the courier. It does not refer to final delivery to the recipient, which may take 7–10 working days.
If you are located outside Europe, your order may take a few additional days to arrive.
Although 95% of our parcels are delivered within 10 days, in rare cases delivery may take up to 3–5 weeks. This may occur due to exceptionally high demand, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your delivery seems to be taking longer than expected, don’t worry. You can track your order at any time through our Order Tracking page.
Important Information
If your order contains multiple products, they may be supplied by different suppliers.
To avoid high shipping costs due to the combined weight of your order, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
It is therefore completely normal to receive your products in separate parcels and at different times.
